Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location for skiing, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. While the breakfast buffet was a nice touch, the rooms left much to be desired, feeling outdated and uncomfortable, especially the beds. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. Overall, it has potential but is in need of serious updates and a better focus on guest comfort.
I had high hopes for my stay here, given the beautiful photos, but the reality was different. The hotel had a lovely lobby and some nice amenities like an outdoor pool, but the rooms were outdated and uncomfortable. Service could also use improvement, especially during check-in, where I faced a long wait. It’s a shame because with some upgrades and better staff training, this could be a much better experience.
The hotel offers a solid ski-in/ski-out experience which is a major plus for winter sports lovers. While the rooms are on the smaller side and could use some updates, the dining at the Camp restaurant is enjoyable, although availability for lunch and dinner can be limited. The front desk service was adequate, but I did face some delays during check-in. Overall, it's a decent place, but don't expect luxury for the price you pay.
My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the ski-in/ski-out location is fantastic and the outdoor heated pool was a delightful way to unwind after a day on the slopes, the check-in service was horrendously slow, leaving many of us waiting well past the scheduled time. Also, the state of the rooms definitely needs improvement, feeling quite dated for the price. The dining options were decent but quite pricey, which didn’t quite match the overall experience.
